    I am looking for a easy way to convert xdiv, divx, mpeg to svcd or vcd. I would love a program that could use both of my cpus.

    canopus procoder , sony vegas and squeeze can do all of these ...

    except xvid in some cases ..

    canopus procoder , sony vegas and squeeze can do the conversion also


    though procoder2 does the best job of it -- but isnt real cheap either ..

    I thought Procoder was fast on a 2ghz single. I saw it run on a 1.6ghz dual, and hardly had time to make coffee.
