Alright, I Used DVD Decrypter to Demux all the [Movie] Vobs to M2V, AC3, SUB streams. I Encoded The M2Vs with MainConcept MPEG Encoder. Now I Want To Combine The Files (AUDIO, VIDEO & SUBS). Also, I Would Like To Keep The Original Menus & Extras.

    P.S. I have 3 Sub Files (French, English, Spanish) , 2 Audio Files (English 2 & 6ch), and ofcourse 1 Video.

  3. Now you should rip the DVD in File mode and use IfoEdit to re-mux the new m2v into original VOBs.

Yes, into the original VOBs. If you want to keep the menus, you don't need to re-author i.e. create "new" VOBs. Demux video only and compress it, which you've already done. Then re-mux it back with IfoEdit.

What i did was demux everything subs, video, audios of the main movie so i can encode the video to 2500-5000kbps. i demuxed the audio so i can keep it ac3.

Good job. Now toss away everything except re-encoded video and rip again in File mode. Nothing is going to happen to the audio. In fact, if the DVD had some audio streams you don't need (e.g. 2ch. or foreign languages), you could strip them off in IfoEdit to make more room for the video.
