Trying to convert an avi file(SPECS are 640*352 24fps) to a vcd but when I go to play it it has no sound. The pic is ltl weird looking cause the original is widescreen but I can deal with that. Just there is no sound. Any idea why?![]()

Is it an Xvid? Divx? If so, the sound is probably MP3, so it needs to be demuxed for conversion.
Load it up in Virtualdub, extract the audio as a wav, then (in tmpgenc) use the avi video, but use the wav file as the audio.
