i called up the people at the clarifier office (phone number 505-534-0442) and talked to "jeannie" who actually was in shipping and receiving but she stayed on the phone and actually called me back and walked me through the hook up as i tried it different ways on part of the problem (i think the main one in case anyone else has this problem which about drove me crazy was that after putting the cyberhome on live we then clicked in the source button next to it and went down to video input , then i was able to just play the tape and after hitting record on the cyberhome it worked o.k. it copied it fine , with one exception the picture would jerk in the frames of it (it wasn't doing this when the movie was showing on video tape. this may have been caused by me trying to copy a copy of a copy that i had i don't know has anybody tried this and had the same thing happen ???) i am going to try it with a regular copy gaurded tape and see if i get the same thing other wise unless anyone knows any other way i guess you can't make a copy of a copy . i had a lot of video tapes i wanted to change over .
