    hi,
    I just bought a duron 1300 from a friend and I was wondering what cpu cooler to use for this chip. My current cpu right now is a duron 1ghz, and the temp right now is 40 c.

    The Duron CPU generally runs cool, at least compared to the XP CPU. Most coolers are rated for CPU speeds, anything good for a 1300 to 2000MHZ chip should be fine.
