how can i put 2 or more avi's on one dvd...

I have a few movies each with several avi files (like ex: <movie>part1.avi, <movie>part2.avi...etc...)
And i use dvd2svcd to make them dvd format....and to put as many episodes on the same dvd.

I know i have 2 options:
1. to join them and then to convert
And
2. to convert and to put on the same dvd...

I've tryed no. 1 and i have some pr. with joining them togheter ...(vdub says :"found vbr bitrate...etc") ...so...

can I make them dvd format and to put them after on the same DVD...without joining them?

Cause they not fit on the same dvd....can u tell me what should i Specify when i make the conversion ...(probably i guess i should put in the "Bitrate " tab from dvd2svcd a different size of the dvd...witch size?)

use dvd authoring software such as tmpgenc dvd author.
add tracks for each movie clip.
