    I finally got VCDs to play on my Sony S530D dvd player. It ONLY works with CDRWs (which I read about in the DVD player forum.

    I read there that you can "reuse" the CDRWs even after burning them.

    I tried but kept getting "a read only" warning. I am using Roxio CDC5 to burn the VCDs.

    How do I get to "reuse" them? At $2.50/cd, they're not cheap.

    how long have you been erasing this cdrw? i had one before that can't be erased anymore but i used it several times for my experiments, it was a maxell.
