panasonic DMR-E85H finalizing help needed

netime i try and finalize a disc no matter what is on it, it fails, does it HAVE to be panasonics own discs??

im using 2 cheap discs i got

No don't use cheap media. Use Accus or, hey, just like you said, Panasonics. Gotta test with the manf's media.

I have the Panny E60 and it has used any media that I threw at it. I buy mostly the 2X TDK that they put on sale. Slow for my Pioneer A05 but great for my standalone. There is no need to buy fast media. I have used the cheap CompUSA brand also with no problems.

i was using a mitsubishi dvd-r and a mirror dvd-r, both recorded onto the disc fine but they both failed when i tried to finalize, im trying to find the best place to get the panasonic ones

I got a Panasonic E55 and no problem using cheap media.

i tried a panasonic one there and it worked fine, can sumone tell the best and if possible cheapest ones to use in thw UK??

One way is to just use the dvd writer topic on the left column & search for the panny & youll find what media people are using.
