Since installing WinXP SP2 I have had increasing trouble with my DVD burner. At this point it won't initialize at all. I have downloaded and installed the latest firmware from Sony. I don't want to have to reformat and reinstall everything, though it may come to that. Anyone have ideas? I have tried burning with at least 2 programs and neither will work.
