Nero won't burn dvd-r disks anymore

Nero version 5.51056 won't burn my -r disks anymore. It did before. DVD Decrypter burns them just fine. Nero will burn +r and -rw disks with no problem. I have tried two different burners. Anybody run in to this problem? Thanks for any help.

No problem with my LG GSA 4082B, GMA 4020B and BenQ 822A.

I did a reinstall and upgraded the firmware on the nec drive but it still didn't work, so I put on the latest nero 6 and it works now. I quess nero 5.5 is suffering from old age.
