  1. Does DVDShrink compress the audio or simply the video ?

    Thanks, I thought this was the case as recently I have been asked about shrink from someone who says his backups sound worse than the originals. I have no answer for this but thought that maybe shrink also shrinks the audio, but thats not the case.

    Funny, I had a guy tell me that the backup sounded better then the original. Don't really see how that's possible? Unless the backup only had the DTS track and the original was played in 5.1 by default. That'd would be my guess anyway?
