  1. Hi all

Wondering if someone could help me out. I have a bunch of files that have been recorded on pvr format. They have then been onverted into mpeg format. I would like to put these onto dvd, however the res/frame rate etc is not suitable for dvd. Can anyone recommend a program that can quickly re-encode or change the file to suitable dvd specifications?

Also, once this is done I would like to remove some sections from the mpeg file (ie adds, start and finish) Wats te best program for removing sections without then again re-encoding. Or is their a program to do both of these steps in one???

you should really edit before encoding - but mainconcept or tmpgenc or procoder will re-encode your files ...

mpeg-vcr can edit them after if you want to
