    Hi,
I downloaded some DVDs and all of them work perfectly on my DVD player. But two of them have a strange problem. Every 5-10 minutes the video "begins" to freeze. 3 sec playing very slowly while the audio is normal. Then for another 3 sec the video goes very fast and plays normal for 5 or 10 minutes. I watched a DVD complete and besides this thing, video and audio are always in sync. In my PC, with PowerDVD, this thing doesn't happen.

    What could be happening?

I got a NEC2500a dvd writer and burn with NERO (OS: win2000). I tried several dvd-r and dvd+r (verbatim, sony, memorex) but always is the same with these two dvd.

    Thanks for your help!

They're not warez or illegal stuff. They're audience recordings of concerts, unavailable in any other 'official' format (audio or video).

You are experiencing the MPAA's revenge on all those who download DVDs instead of buying them legitimitely.
    If in doubt, Google it.

Let me explain this. I'm a huge fan of David Bowie. I bought every DVD and CD released and the DVD i'm trying to burn are concerts recorded by fans with their minidv cams. There's nothing illegal here!

And from 4 DVD, i'm having troubles with 2 of them with the problem i explained in my first post. Do you know what could be happening?

Do the fans have distribution rights from Bowie's management ? If not it is warez.

Perhaps try altering your burning method. Use Nero's Image writer and burn the ISO with DVD Decrypter. Test the ones you have already burnt that are jumping in a friend's DVD player. Use alternative software to create the ISO and burn.
    If in doubt, Google it.

Thanks! I tried creating an image with Nero and burned it with DVDDecrypter but didn't work. Also tried burning the dvd with ImgTool 1.1.5 but it has the same problem.

I need the space in my HD! What else could i do?

PD: It's not a topic for this forum i think, but still i don't think it could be called WAREZ. These recording are doing no harm to the artist (quality of one mini-dv cam in a concert), not available in any official format and you're not getting any money from this. In case you sell these CD/DVD then you're illegal. Sites like sharinthegroove and easytree were created to share all this recordings or bootlegs so you don't have to pay for the stuff on Ebay to those nasty sellers.

Thanks but i'm not using labels.

I don't know why but after trying every burning method, I tried to reauthor the dvd with TMPGEnc Author and works!!! but the vobs that have the main video are a little smaller than the originals.

How could i reauthor a dvd without losing quality?
