I am trying to create a video clip for a menu on a DVD I am authoring. I would like to have it play a short video clip with music in the background. The problem is that the length of the video I want is much shorter than the length of the audio, so what I would like to do is have it play the video clip and stop on the last frame of it while the audio is still playing. What is the best way to accomplish this? I was thinking I could just encode a still of the last frame to make it take the difference in time between the length of the audio and the original video and then join it to the original video clip then multiplex it with the audio and I'll be all set. Is this what I should do? What tools should I use? Also, I am using TmpgEnc DVD Author to author. What will happen if I use this clip for the menu? Will it play the whole thing once and stop, or will it start over once the music/video finish?
