I have searched the different forums, & "TEMPGEnc Problems & Tips", but I was unable to find an solution.
The problem I am having is. I used "DVDx 2.2" to back up a dvd, but I ended up wit two files. I used "TMPGEnc" to join them, that worked fine.
When I tried to use "TMPGEnc" to reduce the file, from 1GB to 698MB, so I can fit it on a CD "TMPGEnc" didn't reduce it. I tried to reduce it twice, but I got the same result.
Can someone please tell me, how to fix this problem? Thanks in advance...

The file is showing 1150 CBR. I was trying to reduce it to 656 CBR, so that it would fit on a Cd.
