  1. I have searched the different forums, & "TEMPGEnc Problems & Tips", but I was unable to find an solution.

The problem I am having is. I used "DVDx 2.2" to back up a dvd, but I ended up wit two files. I used "TMPGEnc" to join them, that worked fine.
When I tried to use "TMPGEnc" to reduce the file, from 1GB to 698MB, so I can fit it on a CD "TMPGEnc" didn't reduce it. I tried to reduce it twice, but I got the same result.

Can someone please tell me, how to fix this problem? Thanks in advance...

What bitrate did you use? Was it CBR, VBR or CQ?

  3. The file is showing 1150 CBR. I was trying to reduce it to 656 CBR, so that it would fit on a Cd.
