adding a photo to video

How would i take a photo and insert it frame by frame into a video....for example...cover the face of a person in the video with a photo of someone elses face? I know this sounds strange......can't seem to find out how to do it....thanks in advance!!!

this is actually very easy. you need adobe premiere and then go and have a look at this website. there are some great tutorials. i tink the one that will help is the CONAN demo. it is a demo to let you put moving lips on a photo but will just as easily do what you wish to do as i have done it.

i dont know. possibly if the person in the video wasnt moving? it would take a long time to do/setup. takes seco nds to do this with adobe premiere and works perfectly and there are even tutorials (see my above post). what more can you ask for?

Yeah, that tutorial will do what you want. The logo filter for VirtualDub is okay, but it may be way too tedious for your purposes.
