    First of all what is PUO and secondly should I check the followin boxes in Settings :-

    Remove IFO/BUP PUOs
    Remove VOB PUOs

    Also one more thing, where is the setting to remove Region coding when decrypting?

    Yes you should.

    Tools - Settings - File Mode - Remove IFO/BUP RC Protection
    Tools - Settings - IFO Mode - Remove IFO/BUP RC Protection
    Tools - Settings - ISO Read Mode - Remove IFO/BUP RC Protection

    Also, dont forget to set your RCE Protection Region in General Settings
