    I used Ulead Videostudio 8 wizard to capture, edit and save a video. I then ran Burn disc to VCD. It ran through its setup and burned to disc and said it was complete. I put it in a new DVD player and got “Disc error”. I can read the disc in my pc and see the different folders. Is there any additional steps I need to make it readable in my DVD player?

    Did you check your player under the list to see if it was compatible? Maybe its the type of discs, or your player could use a laser cleaning...or, just that it isn't compatible.

    VCD's wouldn't play in my player if I added menus to them...no menus and they played fine.
