    Hi,

I'm trying to record a wmv file with snapz pro. The only problem is that the sound on the video goes very jerky and is really hard to understand.

What can I do to stop this problem with the sound? How can I get the sound to be normal???

    Thanks

Where is the sound jerky, in the original wmv file or your captured file?

The original wmv file plays fine (the sound is fine).

    But...

As soon as I start recording, using snapz pro, the sound on the wmv file immediately goes jerky, so therefore, the sound on the recorded movie is jerky.
