I saw a post on Mediachance's forum at www.mmbforums.com where someone had the same problem (which by the way would be the best place for DVD-Lab questions. One of the users gave the following answer, but unfortunately the original poster did not reply, so don't know if it worked. Worth a try!

"If u use Tmpeg and encode your SVCD footage to elementry streams with 48k audio output and video set to Half D1 at 352x576 (need to type that) then it will work just fine in DVD-Lab

    352x480 in case of NTSC"

  3. Maybe you have a trial version. I have DVD Lab, use it all the time and have never encountered your problem.

  5. Just to let you all know, and for any one else who will have this problem. I did a simple Multiplex on the video in Batch tools in Tmpegenc - to MPEG2. Now all is great. I just imported a video weighing in at 1 hour 30 mins. So thanks very much for your help. I got the idea from your post about encoding to mpeg2.
