nero express wont finalize my dvds

I burn the dvds and they will play on computers but will not play on dvd players. This is the first dvd I have made that would not play on a dvd player. i called the company and they sent me here and said I needed to find a link, that i could download a patch or something, so my program would finalize my dvds, Thanks, Offkilter35

Are you burning the DVD as a "DVD-ROM"? That would explain why the PC will play it and the set-top won't.

Another thing to check is to make sure in the "Burn" window (turn wizard off) that you have the finalize option checked and not multisession. Also turn off the "Simulate" option.
