Best DVD player for under $200?

Looking for a DVD player under $200 that can handle DVD/VCD/CD-R/RW/MP3s. My Apex 500W died on me, and the wife wants me to get one that is a bigger name brand. Been looking at a couple Panasonic models, but was wondering if anyone had any recommendations.

Try looking at Toshiba or Pioneers, stay away from Sony's.

I would go with a Daewoo DVG-5000N.

This player will do almost anything.
Play CDR's CDRW's, DVD,VCD,XVCD,SVCD,MP3,
Raw Mpeg1 or Mpeg2 files have to be in normal resolutions, (720*480,352*480,480*480) for NTSC format, will also play PAL format not 2 sure about res. on this setting.
Has Digital out, Coaxial Digital, And standard Composite (RCA's).
S-video, Composite video with the standard 1 or 3 outputs.
good little remote, has power button, last model did not.
