Hi,
I am very new to this, and all the stuff about Aspect ratio, difference in NTSC and PAL frame rates, and deinterlacing confuses me, especially when it comes to an NTSC anime DVD.
Can anyone please help me with a guide on how to rip such an NTSC anime DVD and burn it to a PAL VCD so I can watch it on my television? It would be most appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Ducky

Isn't your DVD Capable of converting PAL for NTSC Playback TV's ? I know i've made a few PAL VCD's for a friend of mine in Michigan and they played rather well on her NTSC TV.
