    I am an anime person so im trying to rencode this anime into HD using the h265 codec. The file is avi and i have quicktime pro. Only problem is that quick time pro can decode avi and rencode. I have the klite mega codec pack so what should i do so i can get very good quality HD anime when i rencode.

    Don't use k-lite unless you hate your system

    Don't use Quicktime Pro as there are much better H264 encoders around.

    Try Xvid4PSP instead
