I have a pretty large MPEG2 (vhs capture) file that I'm trying to edit in NeroVision. However, Nero is seeing the file as only 4 seconds long, and it does not play correctly (in Nero).
The file is a little over 5 gigs. Nero seems to want to have a file thats under 4.7 for burning to DVD-5, but I want to burn a DVD-9 to my capture drive and then run it through Nero Recode to fit it because my capture hardware doesn't work so good on anything but the highest quality.
Do I need to change a setting in Nero, or is this just not going to work?
Thanks!

I suggest you use something other than Nero for cutting. I use Womble MPEG2 VCR, which is trialware. There are a couple of freeware mpeg-2 cutters in the tools section but I can't can't vouch for their effectiveness.
