    That is a big bunch of crap. Why should we have to pay anything for this upgrade when the product has issues that countless users have expressed. Furthermore, this is a brand new software! It hasn't even been out for a year and we are expected to pay 100.00 for upgrading?! Yeah right!

    I held out hopes for adobe to do the right thing. Guess once again the word "Capital" is more important that "Customer" and "Satisfaction". No way man. I am very dissapointed in them for this one.

    I know a lot of users have said this before, but I am beginning to feel like a tester that gets no salary from Adobe. If this is the stance from Adobe, I for one will not be purchasing another Adobe product. How can you ever expect to make money from the products if your constantly spending money on the actual software? This is not right Adobe, not right at all.

    $$$ for an upgrade is now becoming more common ..

    $100 for an encore upgrade, i'm not supprised ..

    apple charges even for service packs (if ms tried that they would be blasted) ..
