Canopus StromSe-Video Jumping how to correct it ?

Hi,

I am editing a old vhs of 1988, here of an old indian marriage.

The VHS is old and the Video Signals are very low & with full of
tracking and you can imagine the problems comes from a old this
types of VHS Tapes. Any how I have caputured with Canopus Capturing
software.
Now I have to edit it and to mastered it for DVD. The video is
rolling up and down and jupping is there any way to correct this
problem. I have Adobe Premier Pro, Ulead Media Studio ver 7.0 &
Canopus Edit Software.

Need Expert Advice.

Or any other way to captured the same footage using Canopus Strom Se
card with some different software.

Any advice is greatly appriciated.
