    Hi,

I am creating VTS files using DVD Shrink.
I open these in DVD2AVI, and select "Save AVI". I then select where i want to save the ouput file and it asks me what Compression i want to save encode with. I select Divx-MPEG-4- codec, which has given me good results before in Premiere.
So...the video encodes (quite quickly) and with very small file sizes and good quality, but there is NEVER any audio in the final avi file!
The audio settings are quite confusing with this program, it asks me to select certain ausdio channels, and i usually leave channel 1 selected.

    Can you help me please?
    thanks.

  2. Joseph,

You might be easier ripping with DVD Decryptor, and converting to DivX with AutoGK. I hear AutoGK is dead easy to use, and I know that Gordian Knot (the very complicated version) yields outstanding results.

Here are some guides for AutoGK (amongst others):

    Hope this helps!
