easiest way from scrach to DVD

Hi all.
I'm looking for the best sofware and cheapest that capture from 1394 F/W, gives basic editing tools and auther dvd in a good quality.

a few options including premiere pro are too expensive for my pocket.

I know Pinnacle studio pro 9 which was alright but I havn't tested it enough, and the Wmm2 can't auther dvd.

The reason why I need it all in one software is becuse it's gonna be used by someone who is not very good with this technical stuff.

My thoughts would be Sonic MyDVD Deluxe, which can do what you need, but isn't too complicated or expensive. However, keep in mind that because it isn't complicated it won't do some of the fancy stuff that other programs do. However, it should be enough for your needs.
