NVE2 recognises my 16:9 MPEG encoded files OK but says the reports my 16:9 AVI's as 4:3 causing the aspect ratio to be out when authoring projects. How do I either:
1) change the aspect ratio info inside NVE2 OR
2) somehow editing the headers of the AVI to flag the files differently before bringing into NVE2...
Thanks
Nathan

Version 2.1.2.0 has fixed most of the problems. It now correctly recognises 16:9 & 4:3 clips (AVI's, MPEG's, Pics) and lets you burn mixed aspect ratio DVD's / Mini DVD's. Good stuff! especially as no other consumer level s'ware does this!

Note: Still has a bug if you try use the "export" function on a 16:9 AVI clip - it transcode its to a 4:3 letterbox.
