VOB with AC3 Files

Hi,

I have a trailer that is a VOB file and it has AC3 with it... When I play from PC I get VIDEO and AUDIO.

In NEro Vision, I click on add video file, and I select the VOB file, it adds it but when I play the burnt DVD, I get no sound! I did get at first a AC3 plugin warning, I installed the plugin and now I get no warning, but still no audio? Any idea?

Some of the VOB files contain "bad" AC3 audio. By "bad", I meant the audio is not compatible with authoring software(s) and therefore is not included in the authoring process resulting in no audio.

I ran into a few of these VOBs recently. After demuxing them to m2v, AC3 then port them in authoring software. The authoring software complains about the AC3 audio and reject it. Preview shows video but no audio to indicate the problem is there.

How to turn these "bad" AC3 audio to "good" AC3 audio is my question too.
