    Hi...

    I would like to convert an existing animated GIF into an AVI for use within editing software such as Premiere.

    I have found several shareware apps that will animate a series of GIFs into an AVI, but I would like something that will convert an animated GIF directly into an AVI.

    I'm pretty sure Animation Shop from Jasc will allow you to export a GIF animation to AVI
