ok used tempgenc enough to know whats going on and works great .......

except now i have tried last 3 days to encode from mpeg1 to mpeg2 daughters soccer games.. this should take file from 850mbs to below 700 for writing to cdr.. which i have done many times. except now i load files fine, load templates fine. i hit start and i get error message.

if i hit close program shuts down.......if i dont it will continue to encode but without audio........

note i did install XP (only to find hp cdrws not yet supported ) so i reverted (an option in xp) to previous win98 ....

i have un/renistalled tempgenc 3 times now using the 2.01 version.


please help.... game is at 1pm today with end of season party to follow.....really really need this done..
