Yea, it will convert it to 48k as long as it isnt ac3 audio. If it is ac3 just convert it to wav then encode it using lpcm then use dvd author to author it to dvd and converting the lpcm to ac3 audio. got it?

  3. Well, if you're familiar with BeSweet it will do the job. If you're not, and want to use it, be prepared to be on the wrong side of a learning curve....it has a rather complex and confusing interface for 1st timers.

One thing you could do is to open the svcd with VDubMod, save the audio as a wave file. Then use TMPGEnc to convert the wave to 48Khz audio. Then use TMPGEnc to de-multiplex the svcd. Then you would have the original video and the converted audio to use in your authoring program.

Of course there is no absolute guarantee that after all this you would AV sync, so you should test the file for that before final burning.

  4. I followed one of the guides and did a simple demultiplex then used besweet(quite ironic because i found it anything but sweet I managed to get an output that was 48khz but im still not sure how, just it lagged about 4 sec).im trying it now with the source mpeg so ill see how it comes out if im having anymore problems i will come back on bended knees.
    thanks for your help
