V-gear My TV SAP 2 PCI card

I just brought "V-Gear My TV 2" PCI TV card. It has Power VCR II and V-Gear TV program.
I have problem that when I record TV, the video is stop about after 4 seconds (the sound is go on).

It happen at V-Gear TV software (capture AVI format) and Power VCR software (capture mpg). I have tried to set the mpg to lower quality but no improvement.

Please help!

My system:
CPU: Intel celeron 1G
Ram: 256 ram
Display card: internal Nvia TNT2

It doesn't work even I updated the driver. However, I use it in other computer with same config (Celeron 1G CPU) and it works now.

However, it has problem on V-gear Bee software that I can't choose the divx for it (I can capture it in wmv file successfully). I had downloaded the divx codec already and reinstall the V-gear Bee but not work.

Please help.
