Simply create a menu sequence for this. Say you want a 3 digit password. Make three menu's, menu 1 links to menu 2 and menu 2 links to menu 3. Finally menu 3 links to the movie or to the main menu or whatever. The command to trigger each link is a number key of your choice. The only way to progress through each menu is to hit the appropriate key. You could make all other keys return you to the main menu so that they couldn't just guess.

Ultimately there is no practical way to protect a VCD or SVCD's content. This code method can easily be bypassed simply by turning PBC off, thus allowing you to navigate all tracks independantly.

Just get the last free version of VCDEasy and learn how to use it to create menus. If you like it go ahead and pay to get the full version, though the free versions should be more than adequate for what you need to do.
