How do I fix a .4 percent incomplete movie file

I have this movie thats .4 percent incomplete.

I have 695.35 megs of the movie and it is complete when you reach
697.85 megs.

And when I play it on my computer it only recongies it to 12 minutes
when it really is an hour and something.

Is there a program that will fix this problem so that the computer will play the whole file
and not the just first 12 minutes.

It is supposed to be a divx avi file.

How do I fix it so that it will play the whole movie?


I want to burn this movie so that I can play it on my
DVD-DIVX-SVCD player.

Any help would be great.
