screenshot of video onto dvd cover, how?

I want to take a screenshot of my video, be able to copy & paste the still image into a custom MediaFace dvd cover template, edit the image within the template, & still have the image look sharp on a dvd cover print-out. What's the best way to go about doing this?

theres probably a better way? but id say use paint shop pro 8 or something......press prtscn button on ur keyboard then open paint shop and paste as new image, just an idea, dunno how it would turn out

Check the program you use to play the file on your PC. See if there is an option to save the current frame. Most of the DVD players (such as PowerDVD) have this option.
