  2. As far as I know, when chosing Full Disk, you can only leave out audio and full disk keeps the menu structure, but when chosing Re-author, you can choose to leave out everything BUT the movie and that would result in the movie playing right away when inserted into a stand-alone player.

    But I could be wrong.

And also let you achieve better video quality since more space is allocated to video instead of menus and/or extras. 8)

If you want to retain the menu but leave out all the extras, you can use dvd shrink in conjuction with another tool - TitleSetBlanker

Well, if you use DVD Shrink for removing extras, reauthor mode needs to be used, which will remove menus, no matter what you do. The best you can achieve with DVD Shrink if removing menus is not an option, is to compress the extras the most, or convert them into frames. Otherwise, you can rip the whole disc (withouth removing anything) to the HD with DVD Shrink and then use any capable tool (like Clone DVD) for completely removing specific parts (like extras), but then, there is no point on using DVD Shrink since Clone DVD also allows for ripping the disc

Noki, I've been using DVD Shrink (Beta version) since a while. Also, checked a tutorial and never have any hint that you can eliminate extras without reauthoring. However, any suggestions on how to achieve this will be appreciated.
