im using fair use 4.0 to backup my dvd's, i tried it for the first time this morning and i have excellent quality video in xvid format, yet there is no sound, can somebody help me please?

Did you add an audio stream when you were making the job? Its right under the part where you add the Xvid/DIVx encodes. I missed it once too, drove myself crazy for about ten minutes....
