Hi all
Am trying to put Video from VCR onto dvd I have done so no toruble. But get flickering on the bottom of the screen.. I know how to remove this capture the video say a film from tape then use TMPENc mask it etc but the thing is it takes so long upto 3 to 5 hours sometimes... I use Win DVD creater to capture the video.. The thing is it makes 2 files and I have to join them up which is a pain to...I use to use Sonic My dvd 4.5 before for sone strange reason wont work no more... I just upgraded my PC but it says Serial number invild yet it worked before.. It came with my capture device. Adsptec Meda Center USB 2.0 editon.. Worked grat before upgrade..
Also I would like to know a good program that can encode the flicking out , maybe wortk with my device and make good menus at a fair price...
Is there a way of doing a good job without the 5 hours wait?
I have
WIN XP PRO SP1
P4 . 3.2 Mhz 800 FSB HT
RAM 1.5 DDR 333 (PC2700)
80 Gig Hard drive
Thank you

Have you burned the video on a disk and played it on TV or just on the computer? If you've only watched it on the computer then try burning it to a disk (RW if you want to reuse it) and watch it on TV- most likely the flickering at the bottom of the screen will not show up on the TV.
