DVDShrink 3.1 Burn Process Failed ??

I have Nero 6 and DVDShrink 3.1 which is supposed to use Nero to burn. I have made backups this way. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. When it doesn't work, it says Burn Process Failed at 4x and has a window with the folowing info:
Any Ideas?

Power calibration error. Probably a media problem. Rarely a burner failing. Sometimes a software burning issue. Try using DVDdecrypter to burn or try different media. That's my only suggestions. Maybe someone on the board here has some better ideas.

The media I am using is Imation DVD+R from officemax. The media code says Ricoh. Also, It doesn't burn the disc. I can take the files created in shrink and run them through Image tools and Burn the Image with Roxio on the same disk that the error was given on. The only difference I notice, is it won't play in my Apex, but will play in my Sony. Whereas if I were to burn a new disc from the package, It would play in the apex. It's almost like it only writes a small section of the lead in. I do have the hacked firmware on my nec 1300a that writes DVD+Rs as DVD-ROM, but I don't think this has anything to do with it.

What computer, operating system & version of roxio? You know Roxio conflicts with XP sometimes cause XP already uses Roxio...

I am using XP and Roxio 6. Could it be an aspi problem? If so, how do I fix it?

I also have Nero 6.0.3 and Roxio 6 installed. I also have this problem if I try and call Nero from DVD Shrink. So I don't do it
