Problem making SVCD from DVD2SVCD with black image..........

I could make a pair of SVCDs movies from avi's.......the problem is that im having trouble making a SVCd. I can make it right with DVD2SVCD, no error seems to appear in the LOG, but when i go to see the mpeg i made............the movie is without image, and i only can hear the sound of the movie. I cant see the subtitles i put as permanent and i cant see the whole movie.

Im making anything wrong??
I read all the forums and all the HOW TO , but i have to post this because i cannot find the way here.

can you watch other movies? if not, you're graphics card may have a feature that enables viewing movies only on one screen at the time. do you have a tv or double monitors connected?

I have a Gforce 4 TI 4600.
I never had any problem watching movies in the monitor or in the TV.
The problem im having is that i cant se the movie after converting it to SVCD. No problem watching the .avi as is. The problem is when i pass it to SVCD.
