  1. First I used Deamon Tools to mount the SVCD and then I used VCD Gear to change the *.mpg file to another *.mpg file I did that for both SVCD CD's then I just used NeoDVD plus that came with my drive to make the DVD and it plays fine in my standalone DVD player, but it seems that video's a tiny bit choopy might not be but seems that way to me might just be the qulity of the SVCD.

Is this a good way to convert SVCD's or should I try something else ?

    Thanks for the reply's !

Look up SVCD to DVD in the guides, here.

You can use SCVD video on DVD without converting, but since it's not DVD compliant some DVD players will not accept it. That's the quick and easy method.

In the other method you need to convert the video and I think you had it right up until you used Neodvd.
