I have some older mpeg music videos I wanted on my ipod. When I used itunes converter it converted with no sound. So I downloaded SUPER and converted a video and had it sent to itunes. Wnen I play it , there is no sound. The default audio selections were marked when the file was chosen. I have the user guide printed but it is hard to understand. Also when using SUPER and you choose a file to convert, if you don't choose send to ipod, where does the file end up? Because I then chose to convert to mp4, but can't find it. SUPER's forum has been down for 2 days so hopefully I can get some help here.
