    a long time ago, i used Nero to burn a photo VCD of a group of pictures. I no longer have the original JPG's of the photos, but i DO have the VCD (which turned them into .DAT's) DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO CONVERT THEM BACK FROM DAT TO JPG ?

    Using a screen capture program in conjunction with your media player is one way. Another way would be to rip all of the mpegs with ISObuster or VCDEasy and then use ACDSee to do a straight conversion from mpeg to jpeg.
