  1. Perhaps this question is elementary to some, but before I burn some trials, I thought I'd ask the following:

    Can I burn mp3 to dvd+R disk?

Will that dvd-mp3 play music thru most ordinary dvd players?

Do ordinary dvd players have the audio reproducing range of cd players?

Will any of the new automotive type mp3 players also play dvd-mp3?

How about same questions w/WMV files?

I hope questions don't seem too stupid. Thanks!! Ron

I can answer a few of your Q's.

    1. Yes you burn mp3s to a dvd+r. I mayself do that so if my computer dies I won't lose my mp3 library.

    2. Yes the dvd should be able to play in a good amount of dvd plyaers, as well as car dvd players.

Sorry but thats all that I can answer....

"Do ordinary dvd players have the audio reproducing range of cd players? "
Yes, and then some. The fidelity found in a true dvd audio or SACD signal will far surpass CD quality.

"Will any of the new automotive type mp3 players also play dvd-mp3"
Some of the new audio players will play DVD discs. It will depend on the specifications of the individual player as to whether or not they will play mp3's.

"How about same questions w/WMV files?"
Same answer as the last, it will just depend on the specs of the player.
