    K i have nero recode i got the ultra edition of the program and when i installed it it says i dont have some codec or plug-ins and all that what can i do pls help me out

    scootzilla,

    you need to contact Nero and get a serial # that makes all the plugins availible. All plugins are included in the package you need to have a correct serail #.

    You need to enter the serial number for NEROVISION EXPRESS 2 not the serial used for NERO ULTRA EDITION
