Ok this thing costs arm and a leg but DeAmmN the PAL framerate looks very good.
I just thought that this may look interesting to some ppl.
The video I tested got some blurring in there but I think that would be acceptable at least for me. Note: the video I tested is actually captured at 352x240.
Probably if I were to do something larger than this resolution I'd get better results.

Application is so easy to use. So far I only were using uncompressed avi. (this is some dv application for cameras I think and it has some dsvd codec or something. I'd rather stick to uncompressed avi (look up the box that says Microsoft DV and change it to uncompressed avi)..
I think that's it. The rest is easy.
B.T.W even though it is exe file, it looks like it was made in some non-windows environment (application resembles linux look). Well whatever.
