Divx AVI to MPEG via TMPGenc = NO AUDIO

I have several Seinfeld episodes (divx AVI's) that I want to burn to DVD. They are about 175MB each. I load them into TMPGenc and change the following:


Change the video to 352 X 240 and set the Rate control mode to Manaul VBR with a setting of 1803 KBS I then go to audio and choose a bitrate of 224 kbs.

I start the conversion and upon completion I upon up the MPEG in Windows Media Player. The video looks fine but there is no audio.

Any ideas?
